. Captive Power Plant
The distillation plant is driven by saturated steam routed through a Back Pressure Steam Turbine cum Generating Set. This process produces electricity and reduces the steam to low pressure. The electricity generated is used to run the distillation plant making the facility self-dependent in power sourcing.

Laboratory
A well-equipped laboratory facility is available for administering process related tests and measurements. Under the supervision of highly qualified analytical chemists and supporting staff, all the process parameters, raw material quality and end product qualities are constantly monitored.

Fermentation
Fermentation is a metabolic process in which an organism converts a carbohydrate, such as starch or sugar, into alcohol or acid. At Ashoka Distillery, we have the most advanced and well mechanized fermentation hall that is sufficient to produce 80 KL of alcohol per day.

MPR Plant
This is the established global technology of alcohol distillation based on Multi Pressure Refining. This technology saves energy and also helps in improving quality standards. The system works in a highly automated environment where dependency on human discretion is virtually eliminated. The plant has a capacity of 80 KL per day and runs on 'Fermented Wash to ENA / GNS' module and is integrated with a Three Effect Evaporator which is driven by alcohol vapours and substantially reduces the net distillery effluent without any extra energy inputs.
